Delete your The Counsel account
You can also do this in the app: Settings → Manage account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, for everyone:
- Your account, dating and Atlas profiles, photos, and voice prompts
- Your conversations, and every message, photo, video, and voice note you sent — including in group chats
- Reviews you wrote, likes and interest you sent, and reactions
- Your Atlas trips and applications, Open Invites, and your activity and usage history
For the safety of our community, we keep a minimal Trust & Safety record — moderation cases and reports involving your account, any restrictions or bans, and device/phone identifiers — so banned accounts can't be recreated. Deletion usually completes within a few minutes and cannot be undone.
Confirm it's you
We'll email you a secure link. Opening it proves the account is yours — no password needed.
No longer have access to that email?
Send us a deletion request instead. Our team will confirm the account is yours (we'll contact you at the email below) and delete it and its data within 30 days.
